All have been done by executive order.  Only 1 of the 10 legislative promises Trump made on his 100-day contract went to Congress -- the failed measure to repeal and replace Obamacare. See CNN’s scorecard

The Associated Press reports that had signed his 32nd executive order on Friday.  This is the most of any president in their first 100 days since World War II.

Putin of Russia.   He also hinted that recent terrorism in France would benefit Marine Le Pen (and seemed just fine with that prospect).

The biggest was the Women’s March on Washington.  Since then, rallies have been organized around Tax Day, in defense of science, and against Trump’s travel ban. Future marches are planned around climate change and immigration.
Trump’s approval rating on Thursday 27 April:  42.6%
Despite historically low approval ratings, 96%of his supporters say electing him was the right thing to do and only 2 percent regret voting for him.
